At My Store, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. Please review this policy before placing an order.
Order Cancellations
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. If you need to request a cancellation or change, contact fycommerce0810@gmail.com as soon as possible. We can only consider cancellation requests before an order has entered processing. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact fycommerce0810@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos or videos of the item and its packaging. Do not dispose of the item or packaging until we have reviewed your request. After review, we may offer an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement, partial refund, or refund where applicable.
No-Change-of-Mind Refunds
Once an order has been shipped, My Store does not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds for change of mind, ordering by mistake, dislike of the product, incorrect selection, or a refusal to accept delivery, provided that the item supplied is correct, undamaged, and consistent with its description. Delivery delays that remain within a reasonable carrier or customs timeframe do not by themselves qualify for a refund.
Approved Returns and International Return Shipping
If we approve a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with original packaging where applicable. Do not send an item back without written approval and return instructions from us. Unless the return is required because of our confirmed error or as required by applicable law, the customer is responsible for all international return shipping costs, customs charges, duties, taxes, insurance, and any other costs of sending the item back. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as the customer remains responsible for the item until it reaches the approved return address.
Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, it is issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected, or after another resolution has been agreed in writing. Original shipping charges, return shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable unless the refund is required because of our confirmed error or by applicable law. Processing times may vary by payment provider.
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
