Thank you for shopping with My Store. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed and delivered.

Order Processing

Orders are normally prepared within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. Processing can take longer during high-demand periods, launches, or promotional events. If a material delay affects your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed. Cross-border delivery is generally estimated at 7-12 business days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Customs clearance, carrier capacity, weather, public holidays, remote-area delivery, and other events outside our control can extend delivery times.

Fulfillment and Tracking

Orders may be prepared by an overseas warehouse, supplier, or fulfillment partner. When tracking is available, we will send it to the email address provided at checkout. Carrier tracking can take a few business days to update after the parcel has been accepted.

Shipping Address

Please check your address carefully before placing an order. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and deliverable shipping address. My Store cannot accept responsibility for delays, losses, reshipment charges, or other costs caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address. If you spot an error, email fycommerce0810@gmail.com immediately. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

If your order is damaged, appears lost, or has not arrived after a reasonable period beyond the estimate, email fycommerce0810@gmail.com with your order number and any helpful supporting details. We will investigate with the relevant fulfillment or delivery partner and work toward an appropriate outcome where applicable.
